Most problems on Safari can be solved by clearing your caches and cookies, it's pretty simple to do, just follow these steps:
- In your Safari app, open ‘Settings’.
- Then select ‘Privacy’.
- From here, click the ‘Manage Website Data…’ button.
- In this menu, you can either remove your cache and cookies for a single website, by clicking ‘Remove’ – or all of them, by selecting ‘Remove All’.
Remember that removing cookies and website data in Safari could change or remove them on other apps or devices.
