Have you been charged for a deposit that hasn’t appeared in your account?
- Firstly, check your bank or wallet statement to confirm that you have been charged for this transaction. You may need to send a screenshot to us later, we will call it a proof of payment.
- There may be a display error so try refreshing your page, then log out and back in. If that doesn’t work, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If you need assistance with how to do this, click here and select which browser you’re using.
- Whilst most payment methods credit instantly, view our Payment Methods help pages to check that this applies to yours.
