I've been disconnected during a game, what do I do?

Simply log out of your account, log back in and reopen the game. You'll be able to pick up where you left off.

For Live games, all bets that have been placed will stand and the game will continue. The game will play out and any winnings will be credited to - and stakes deducted from - your account automatically.

To review any games that played out while you were disconnected, view your ‘Transaction History’ page.

For some games, you'll be given the end result of the missed spin. It'll advise you of any winnings credited to you, rather than show the spin. For others, you can view the game result within your game play history.
