Has your game stopped working or crashed? No problem. These are usually temporary and are often caused by poor internet connection, or other tech issues. So, let’s have a look at fixing it:
Firstly, check your own internet connection to see whether it is a local issue on your side. If not, see if you can restart your game.
If neither of these have worked, you can always clear your cache/cookies - or simply try the game on another browser. We've found that the majority of issues can be solved by doing this. For more info, visit our 'Technical Issues' section.
If this doesn’t work, you’ll need to add Ladbrokes to the list of trusted sites on your browser, to do this – please read our 'How do I add Ladbrokes to my trusted sites list?' article.
If none of these solutions solved your issue, reach out to us with the Game ID that you’re having problems with, this can be found under ‘Game Logs’ in the menu.
While you wait for your issue to be resolved, try playing another game! Don’t worry about leaving the broken game for a little bit, as when it successfully loads again, it'll continue from where you left off.
