Is there a schedule for this process?
Yes, simply send us a scan/photo of your ID document (passport, driving licence or national identity card) using our document uploader. If the address on your licence doesn’t match – you can send us a bank statement or utility bill from the last 3 months. Then just wait up to 24 hours to receive document approval.
Can I use my account before I verify?
You must be verified before you are able to deposit, play and withdraw.
What if I don't have a permanent address?
If we cannot verify a permanent address for you then you will not be able to hold an account with us, unfortunately.
Why wasn’t my ID accepted?
Your ID must clearly show your first name, last name, date of birth, and a photo of you. If it is an ID card, you must send both the front side and the back side. For a driving licence, you'll only need to send us the front.
I only have a non-UK driving ID document?
Whilst we can use this to verify your name and age (ID), we can’t accept it as a proof of address.
I don't have bills in my name at my current place of residence, can I give you a different address?
We can only verify you at the address you’ve registered on your account. If you’d like us to change or update your address, please send us a new proof of address and an instruction to update it.
How are my documents protected once I send them to you?
Your documents are stored in a highly protected data centre that protects your information against unauthorised access. Only employees who work on verifying your documents have access to your data.
I don't have a scanner to scan my documents - what can I do?
It’s easy, you can use a digital camera, your phone, or a webcam to take a picture of your documents. Just make sure they’re clear!
