Status of my bonuses and promotions explained

You can check on the status of your promotions and bonuses by selecting ‘My Promos’.

Each promotion will show as either:

• New: An offer that has recently launched! Well, what are you waiting for? Go and check it out!
• Active: Offers that have been sent to you, personally, as special gifts!
• Expired: Unfortunately, these promotions are no longer available.

Don’t worry if your promotion doesn’t show a status! Just check its end date and if it’s not expired, you can still take part.

On the other hand, your bonuses will show as:

• New: A bonus that can be activated after depositing.
• Active: Means you’re currently playing with it! Remember that you can have only one active bonus at a time for the same product. You can delete an active bonus by clicking ‘More Info / Drop bonus’, but please remember doing so is irreversible.
• Waiting: Is when you have two similar bonuses for the same product. The one you’re not currently wagering will be paused. If you want to activate it, you can select ‘More Info / Unpause bonus’ to pause the currently active bonus.
• Expired: Will show if you haven’t completed the wagering requirement before the bonus’ end date, or if you haven’t activated it in time.
• Deleted: When you’ve clicked “More Info / Drop bonus” to cancel it. Please note that this is irreversible.
• Released: You’ve completed all wagering requirements before the expiry date, congratulations! All restrictions on the bonus amount and any associated winnings have been removed.
• Exhausted: Unfortunately, you’ve lost your bonus and the restricted amount has been reduced to zero.
