I have blocked or closed my account but would now like to play again, what do I do?

Once an account is temporarily blocked by a customer, it can’t be unblocked until the specified time period has passed (typically a maximum of 42 days).

Once that time period has passed, your account will automatically reopen. If an account is blocked for an indefinite period, it will remain blocked for at least six months and won’t automatically reopen. Self-exclusion can take effect for a minimum of six months and a maximum of five years.
