We need to perform verification checks on our customers to prevent identity theft and fraud, but also to verify the name, age and address of our customers.
We've tried to make our verification process as simple as possible with our handy document uploader to upload an ID document (passport, driving licence etc.) and, if your ID doesn't mention your address, a utility bill or a bank statement to verify your address.
This whole process should only take a few hours, but in some circumstances can take up to 24 hours.
Sometimes we carry out reviews of accounts and personal details, meaning we may ask you for additional documents, even if you've already provided them before. Don't worry if we get in touch, just send us the requested documents and we can make sure your account is in order.
