Why do I have to create a new chat name?
In some cases, you'll need to create a new chat name. You'll be able to do this yourself once logged in.
What will happen to my balance?
If you’ve only ever registered on one Ladbrokes brand, there will be absolutely no change to your balance. Log into your Ladbrokes account, and your balance will be visible as usual in the top right corner. The best part is that you can now use these funds to play across both Ladbrokes brands!
If you’ve registered an account with both our Ladbrokes brands in the past, we’ll return any remaining funds from the balance in your secondary account via the most recently registered payment method.
What will happen to my data?
