To use your Ladbrokes account to its maximum potential we must have up-to-date personal details from you. So, if you've changed your country of residence (e.g. from the United Kingdom to the Republic of Ireland) or part of your name, please let us know by contacting our Customer Service team.
You can send us a proof of address or any other documentation that proves the changes.
One final thing, please remember that you can only use your Ladbrokes account in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Gibraltar and Jersey - if you've moved to another country, you will not be able to use your account.
