What is a Play Break and how can I set one up?

Need a break from our site? Play Breaks can help you take a rest from gambling at regular intervals.

Simply select the length of your gaming sessions and the duration of your Play Breaks (i.e. six weeks) in the Time Management section on your Gambling Controls page.
